Borrower and Property Information:

1.) Buyer(s) full legal name(s), home address, phone number and social security number(s) and date of birth(s).
2.) Copy of note and mortgage or deed of trust.
3.) Purchase contract
4.) Payment history
5.) Owners title policy
6.) Current tax certificate
7.) Current hazard insurance
8.) Appraisal/BPO (if available)
9.) HUD / Closing statement
10.)  Sellers name, address and phone number
*Save a tree and time e-mail all documents together in one fax if possible!
